1. Product Manager - Operation Management Department

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product purchasing. The Manager will manage the product throughout the product survey, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.

-work with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

-The candidate shall develop the core positioning and messaging for the product and should be an expert with respect to the trends.

The candidate should have excellent writing skills and a degree in communications, media or business.

 

2. Warehouse Manager - Operation Management Department

Tasks for Warehouse Manager will be to direct the efficient and cost-effective operation of Hi2shop’s warehouse & hubs (current team size is ~10 people).

-Manage inbound activities related to the receipt and storage of goods, inventory and claims.

-Oversees outbound activities related to order-filling, stock replenishment and shipping.

- Ability to succeed at planning, forecasting, and driving sales in an online business.

3. SNS Marketing Manager- Marketing Department

The SNS Manager will promote the Hi2shop’s brand, products and services via social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn, among others. The job requires technical savvy, excellent writing skills and a strong aptitude for marketing.

-Manage Social Media Sites, Marketing Campaigns and Day-to-Day activities including.

-Curate relevant content to reach the Hi2shop’s ideal customers.

-Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

-Candidate should have demonstrated experience in Brand Building, editing, designing and implementing a Social Media Strategy, Communication across Multimedia platforms and Social Media engagement.

4. Customer representative- Customer Service Department

The Customer Service Representatives are at the forefront of providing world class customer service to our Hi2shop customers across Africa. As the main point of contact, the role is to deal with and help resolve any customer consultations and complaints on the website

- Receiving customer and treat them with respect and dignity.

- Endeavor to give all Hi2shop customers great end to end customer experience.

- Candidate should have 1-2 years of work or internship experience serving people in a formal company customer service department.
